Are your products authentic?

Yes. VANITY BEAST sells authentic LP Support, OPPO Medical, orthopedic sports supports and compression wear, and DONIC table tennis and pickleball gear.

Can you help me choose a size?

Yes. Please check the size guide first, then message us through /contact if you need fit guidance. Product information is for fit, support, and activity guidance only, not medical advice.

Do you offer medical advice?

No. We can help with product sizing, fit, support level, and activity use. For injuries, medical conditions, pain, or treatment questions, please consult a qualified health professional.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept GCash QR, BDO QR, and BPI QR through static QR payment. Please upload clear proof of payment after paying.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

No. Cash on Delivery is not available. Orders are packed only after payment proof is uploaded and verified by our staff.

How long does payment verification take?

Payment verification is usually completed within 2 business hours. Orders are packed only after verification.

What happens if I do not pay in time?

If payment and proof upload are not completed within 24, your order may expire or be cancelled.

When will my order ship?

Orders verified before 2:00 PM may be processed for same-day packing or dispatch when available. Orders verified after the cut-off may be processed on the next business processing schedule.

How much is shipping?

NCR shipping is ₱120. Provincial shipping is ₱180. Free shipping may apply for orders over ₱1,999.

Can I exchange an item if the size is wrong?

Eligible size exchanges may be requested within 7 days, subject to stock availability and item condition requirements. The item must be unused, clean, complete, and in original packaging with tags.
